• Manage projects from early procurement through final turnover
• Lead buyout activities, subcontractor negotiations, and scope reviews

• Lead and coordinate all MEP activities across the project lifecycle.

• Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and client requirements.
• Support and manage commissioning activities through L1‑L5 phases.
• Monitor project quality and ensure QA/QC procedures are implemented effectively.
