We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant with prior experience in agency recruitment who is comfortable working on a commission basis.
You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to closing placements.

– Manage the full recruitment cycle (screening, interviews, follow-ups)
– Understand client requirements and deliver suitable candidates
– Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
– Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates
– Negotiate offers and close placements
