Client Relationship
Management:

Source candidates through various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, networking, referrals, headhunting).Screen and interview potential candidates to assess skills, experience, and fit for the position.
Match candidates with job opportunities and present qualified candidates to clients.
Interview Coordination & Offer Management:
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
Provide feedback to both candidates and clients after interviews.
Negotiate salary and employment offers between clients and candidates.
Assist candidates through the hiring and onboarding process.
