Nala Global is growing, and we're looking for an ambitious International Recruitment Consultant to join our Dubai team from Autumn 2026. We partner with some of the most prestigious international schools and education groups across the globe. You'll play a key role in sourcing and placing outstanding teachers, senior leaders and school support staff into life-changing opportunities worldwide.
What you'll be doing:
• Sourcing and engaging high-quality international teaching and leadership talent
• Building relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Managing vacancies across some of the world's most respected schools
• Supporting schools with their hiring needs and recruitment strategies
• Developing your own specialist market within international education
