We are looking for a dedicated Recruitment Assistant to join our team. This position is ideal for Junior Recruiter someone looking to gain more experience in the recruitment field.

Job Description:

As a Recruitment Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our recruitment section by coordinating recruitment activities and ensuring the smooth flow of hiring processes. You will assist with job postings, candidate communications, scheduling interviews, and maintaining applicant tracking systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Manage the recruitment process from start to finish.
Ensure recruitment goals and timelines are met.
Stay updated with industry trends to attract top talent.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in recruitment or administrative support

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Job Portal and Job Board

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Work Schedule:

6 days a week Monday – Saturday 9:00 AM – 6:00PM

Salary AED 2,000.00 – AED2,500.00 per month

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,000.00 – AED2,500.00 per month
