Recruitment Assistant Jobs in Doha, Qatar at Qatar Building Company (QBC)

Provide general administrative support to the talent acquisition specialist throughout the end-to-end recruitment processes:

Approach shortlisted candidates by emails and phone calls

Update candidates’ information sheet

Schedule & coordinate interviews with line managers

Document interview results

Draft job offers and communicate/follow up with successful candidates

Send regret emails to unsuccessful candidates

Update recruitment progress sheet

Collect necessary documents for visa processing and coordinate with personnel section

Minimum Requirements:

Diploma in Business Administration, HR or a related field

Minimum 2 years’ experience in the same post

Excellent organization and time management skills

Excellent command of Microsoft applications
