Job Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support for event planning and execution.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth event logistics.
Manage event documentation, contracts, invoices, and reports.
Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and client correspondence.
Handle scheduling, meetings, and travel arrangements for the events team.
Maintain inventory records of AV equipment, supplies, and event materials.
Support event registration, guest lists, and on-site coordination when needed.
Ensure compliance with company processes and event regulations.

Requirements:

Prior experience in an administrative role, preferably in event management.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
UAE experience preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 per month
