Overview:
As the Recruitment Administrator at Al-Qadsiah Club, you will play a critical role in supporting the operations of the recruitment department. You will manage key administrative tasks, oversee logistics for scouting and trials, and ensure compliance and coordination in player registration processes to keep the department running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Functions
Ensure player registration complies with national and international football regulations
Organize travel, accommodation, and logistics for scouts attending tournaments and trials
Coordinate player trials, including scheduling, paperwork, and on-site support
Maintain databases of identified talent and monitor their development over time
Prepare reports, handle correspondence, and manage documentation for recruitment activities
Use recruitment technologies and software to streamline operations
Other
Participate in CPD and ongoing professional training as needed
Carry out additional duties as required to meet recruitment and academy needs
Skills, Knowledge and Experience required:
Essential:
Prior experience in organising transport, hotels, car rentals and logistics.
Able to speak Arabic and English. Writing in English is also important
Strong organizational skills and a structured approach to tasks
Able to problem-solve and adapt in fast-paced environments
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Canva
Experience working in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East
