Role Description
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Recruiter tojoin our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process within the industry, from sourcing and screening candidates to interviewing and presenting offers.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attracttop talentfor various positions in the real estate industry.
Source potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Review resumes and applications, conduct pre-screening interviews, and schedule interviews with the hiring manager.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process and act as abrand ambassadorfor our company.
Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a strong talent pipeline.
Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices related to talent acquisition.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Administration, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the real estate industry.
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and trends.
Results-orientedmindset and strongattention to detail.
German, Italian, Spanish, English, Russian, and Chinese speakers are preferred.
