Position Overview:
As an Internal Recruiter at Ignite Immigration, you will play a critical role in supporting our talent acquisition efforts. You will work closely with Sales Managers to identify new Sales Agents, and ensure that we build a team of highly skilled Sales Agents who are passionate about immigration services.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and manage job postings across multiple platforms (job boards, Linked In, internal channels).Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure a strong pipeline of qualified talent.
Manage the full recruitment process from initial contact to offer acceptance.
Build strong relationships with potential candidates, providing a positive and engaging experience.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an internal recruiter, talent acquisition specialist, or similar role.
Experience in recruitment within immigration, real estate or financial services a plus.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and
communication skills
, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and internal teams.
