Takara Hospitality Group is a growing hospitality company operating multiple restaurant brands. We are looking for a Recruiter to support our rapid expansion and hiring needs across all locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for restaurant and corporate roles
- Source and screen candidates (FOH, BOH, cleaners, supervisors, etc.)
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain candidate pipelines for high-volume hiring
- Handle offers, onboarding, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations (Qiwa & GOSI)
Requirements:
- 2+ years of recruitment experience (hospitality preferred)
- Strong communication skills (English required, Arabic a plus)
- Experience in high-volume hiring
- Knowledge of Saudi labor systems
