Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter tojoin our teamin Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiringtop talentfor our clients. This is a full-time, permanent position withopportunities for growthandadvancement within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attracttop talent
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for open positions
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Maintain accurate andup-to-datecandidate records in our applicant tracking system
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on the recruitment process
Negotiate job offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires
Stayup-to-datewith industry trends and best practices in recruitment
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in afast-paced environment
Proven track recordof successfully sourcing and hiringtop talent
Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices
Excellentcommunicationand interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in ateam environment
Fluency in English and Arabic is required
