Job Purpose:

To manage supply and demand of human capital for meeting Lusail Circuit Sports Club (LCSC) operational and strategic objectives. The role isn’t limited to pairing job advert with few advertisement measures, but rather, integrated approaches of managing candidate experience, active sourcing and employer branding. Therefore, the jobholder must possess technical expertise and business acumen to deliver human capital needs across all functional areas, while also driving Qatarization initiatives to enhance local workforce representation at LCSC.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for core and peripheral workforce. Develop appropriate sourcing strategies based on the complexity, seniority, scarcity, and volume of each workforce requirement.
  • Apply knowledge of job analysis, design, and evaluation when reviewing staffing requirements submitted by functional areas.
  • Review and challenge job requirements where necessary to ensure that qualifications, experience, competencies, responsibilities, and position expectations are appropriate and consistent with existing organizational job profiles.
  • Support workforce planning by identifying recurring requirements, talent availability, recruitment risks, and positions requiring proactive pipeline development.
  • Develop targeted sourcing and engagement approaches for Qatari candidates, graduates, and emerging professionals.
  • Support initiatives designed to develop and retain Qatari employees and strengthen their long-term career opportunities within LCSC.

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Support onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
  • Assist with probation reviews, contract administration, and employee confirmations.
  • Coordinate employee letters, certificates, and HR correspondence.
  • Support HR systems administration and employee data accuracy.
  • Participate in HR projects, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Specs

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Applied experience in Civil Human Resources Law.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional-level HR experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in both specialist/targeted sourcing and complex high-volume recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of job analysis, job design, candidate assessment, and talent sourcing.
  • Experience supporting Qatarization, nationalization, graduate recruitment, or local talent development initiatives is highly desirable.
  • CIPD, HRCI, SHRM, or equivalent HR qualifications are preferred but not mandatory.
  • Manpower supply / labour supply experience alone will not be considered relevant, as this position focuses on strategic talent acquisition rather than third-party staffing.
