Job Title: Marine & Offshore Recruiter
Location: UAE, Abu Dhabi
Contract Duration: 6 to 12 months (with high potential for extension based on project requirements)
Availability: Immediate joiners preferred
Job Description:
We are urgently seeking an experienced Marine & Offshore Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for Marine, Offshore, Vessels, and Barge crew roles, ensuring seamless staffing for various projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for marine and offshore positions, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.
Develop and maintain a strong network of qualified marine and offshore professionals.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
Utilize various recruitment channels such as job portals, social media, and industry networks to attract top talent.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies during the hiring process.
Maintain a database of potential candidates for future project requirements.
Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and manage contract placements.
Requirements:
5–7 years of experience in Marine, Offshore, Vessels, and Barge crew recruitment.
Strong understanding of industry-specific job roles, qualifications, and certifications.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Immediate availability is highly preferred.
Open to candidates of any nationality.

Pay: From AED6,000.00 per month
