About the Role
Swan Global is looking for a motivated Recruiter Intern to support our talent acquisition team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in recruitment, sourcing strategies, and candidate engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, Linked In, and databases.
- Support recruiters in coordinating interviews and managing candidate communication.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate details.
- Conduct initial candidate outreach and schedule interviews.
- Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting vacancies on various platforms.
- Help with employer branding initiatives, including social media recruitment campaigns.
- Participate in market research to identify talent trends and industry insights.
- Support in documentation and onboarding processes.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Detail‑oriented with good organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with Linked In.
- Passion for recruitment and talent acquisition.
