Korn Ferry is hiring an experienced Recruiter to join our RPO team working directly with one of our major clients in the pharmaceutical industry, Sanofi, with a primary focus on end-to-end recruitment across the GCC market, particularly in Saudi Arabia and the UAE. This is a hybrid role, requiring 2–3 days onsite per week in Riyadh, KSA.
As the Recruiter based in KSA, you will work closely with talent acquisition professionals based in the MENA region, forming a collaborative and agile regional recruitment team. You’ll partner directly with stakeholders in KSA and the UAE, and you’ll have the opportunity to influence hiring across a dynamic and growing market.
You will act as a trusted advisor and sourcing expert, delivering a seamless and consultative recruitment experience. You’ll be responsible for the full recruitment cycle – from intake to offer – and play a pivotal role in shaping the candidate experience in alignment with local and regional talent strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for positions in KSA and the UAE, with a strong emphasis on direct sourcing and candidate engagement.
Act as a trusted advisor to Hiring Managers, conducting role briefings and advising on tailored attraction strategies that align with local market realities and Saudization requirements.
Deliver full lifecycle recruiting across a range of functions including HR, sales, key account management, and candidate experience roles – with exposure to senior-level hiring as needed.
Effectively manage and influence stakeholders across the region, supporting a high-touch, high-quality recruitment process.
Collaborate closely with regional teammates to ensure consistent best practice and process alignment across the GCC.
Maintain compliance with regional employment laws and local hiring policies, including Saudization and other relevant programs.
Provide market insights and recruiting data to support decision-making and process improvements.
Profile
Fluent in Arabic and English.
Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment, with the ability to work independently.
Demonstrated knowledge of the Saudi and GCC recruitment markets, including Saudization.
Prior experience in Pharma recruitment is a plus.
Experience sourcing and hiring mid to senior-level roles across sales, HR, and support functions.
Strong stakeholder management and the ability to operate autonomously in a dynamic, multi-location team.
Solid understanding of diversity hiring practices and the ability to apply them in a culturally sensitive manner.
