We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team on a 6-month contract basis in Dubai. This role will support high-volume and niche recruitment across our hospitality portfolio, partnering closely with business leaders to attract and secure top talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across our venues.
- Source, screen, and assess candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and direct sourcing.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and provide market insights.
- Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, and offer management.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of recruitment experience within lifestyle hospitality; pre-opening recruitment experience is highly preferred
- Must have good eye for talent in lifestyle hospitality.
- Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sourcing capabilities, particularly through LinkedIn Recruiter and direct search methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Based in Dubai or available to relocate immediately.
- Can work in a high-volume hiring and fast-paced operation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
- Immediate availability or short notice period preferred.
