Role Overview
We are looking for an Arabic Speaking Recruiter with a strong background in candidate sourcing. This role is primarily focused on identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent across Arabic-speaking markets, with minimal involvement in onboarding activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Source high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and innovative sourcing techniques
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Conduct initial screening interviews in Arabic and English
- Partner with hiring managers to understand sourcing requirements and target profiles
- Utilize Boolean search and advanced sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates
- Maintain and update candidate databases and ATS systems
- Track sourcing metrics and provide regular reports
- Engage candidates proactively and build long-term relationships
- Stay updated on talent market trends and competitor activity
- Support employer branding initiatives through talent outreach
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in recruitment with strong focus on sourcing
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Fluency in Arabic and English (mandatory)
- Proven expertise in sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, Bayt etc.)
- Strong candidate engagement and networking skills
- Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment platforms
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
