We are looking to hire a Senior Recruiter – Corporate Functions who will be responsible for managing end-to-end (360°) recruitment and delivering high-impact talent acquisition solutions across a variety of corporate roles for our client based in Dubai – one of the largest companies in the region.
This is a 12-month contract role within the organization.
The role sits within the HR Department and reports directly to the Head of Talent Acquisition.
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Recruiter to lead the hiring process across multiple functions, drive continuous recruitment process improvements, and strengthen partnerships with business stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record in full-cycle recruitment, stakeholder management, and hiring within dynamic, fast-paced environments.
Preference will be given to candidates coming from Real Estate, Hospitality, or Entertainment industries.
Key responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across assigned functions, from role briefing and sourcing through to offer and onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs and translate them into actionable recruitment plans.
Source top-tier talent using a range of strategies including headhunting, referrals, job boards, and social media.
Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing market insights, candidate feedback, and guidance on recruitment best practices.
Deliver a strong candidate experience at every touchpoint of the recruitment journey.
Maintain accurate and timely records using internal recruitment systems.
Track hiring KPIs and contribute to recruitment process enhancements.
Liaise with HR operations and onboarding teams to ensure a seamless handover and start for selected candidates.
Uphold employer brand standards and promote a positive image of the company.
Knowledge, skills & experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
8–12 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, including direct sourcing and stakeholder engagement.
Experience hiring across a wide range of corporate roles (e.g., HR, Finance, Legal, Marketing, etc.).
Prior experience in Real Estate, Hospitality, or Entertainment industries is highly preferred.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
