The role focuses on building strong candidate pipelines, partnering with hiring managers, and managing the full recruitment cycle while ensuring an excellent candidate experience and timely hiring outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and attract qualified candidates through various recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide recruitment support.
- Manage job postings and maintain candidate databases.
- Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Prepare recruitment reports and track hiring progress.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
- Strong communication, interviewing, and organizational skills.
- Experience using job portals and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Knowledge of Saudi labor regulations and recruitment practices.
