Position Overview
A Recreation Coordinator is responsible for ensuring an excellent guest experience while they enjoy the hotel’s recreational facilities, including the pool and spa area.
What will I be doing?
Greeting guests warmly and sincerely upon arrival.
Assisting guests with their needs related to the pool and beach areas.
Responding promptly to guest requests, comments, and concerns.
Confirming guest registration prior to issuing resort property.
Monitoring product inventory to minimize loss of resort property.
Working both outdoors and indoors as required.
Responding to emails and administrative inquiries.
Organizing departmental filing, record-keeping, memberships, and providing administrative support.
Handling cashiering responsibilities.
What are we looking for?
A Recreation Attendant at Hilton Brand Hotels represents our commitment to guest service and teamwork. To succeed in this role, candidates should demonstrate the following:
High School diploma or equivalent.
Neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance.
Intermediate knowledge of computers.
Familiarity with Outlook, Microsoft Excel, and Word.
Preferred additional skills include:
Cashiering experience.
Administrative experience.
