Job Summary:
Seeking a Recovery Supervisor to lead recovery operations, manage team performance, and ensure effective recovery processes within the insurance business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise recovery team and achieve targets
- Follow up on recovery cases and coordinate with Claims, Legal, and Finance
- Negotiate with third parties and clients
- Monitor performance and prepare reports
- Ensure compliance with policies and regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3–5 years’ experience in recovery/collections (insurance preferred)
- Supervisory experience
- Strong communication and analytical skills
