– Preferably a Bachelor Degree graduate – Experience in Office Front-desk/Secretary in Building Materials is a plus.

Duties & Responsibilities:

– Front desk duties (Taking calls, transferring calls as necessary to the concerned department, greeting the visitors with positive energy) – Preparing quotations (This is the main duty) – Receiving, sorting, distributing & dispatching shipments.

– Maintaining safety and hygiene standards of the reception area.  

Skills:
