Receptionist – Kids Salon Jobs in Abu Dhabi at Little Scissors Kids Salon
Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team at Little Scissors Kids Salon in Yas Mall, Abu Dhabi. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for children and their families.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome customers with a friendly attitude.
Handle bookings and appointments using the POS system (Fresha).
Answer phone calls, WhatsApp, and customer inquiries.
Provide information about salon services and promotions.
Manage the reception area and maintain a tidy workspace.
Process payments and issue receipts.
Assist with retail product sales.
Coordinate with hairstylists and other team members to ensure smooth service.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role (preferred).
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Basic computer skills and ability to use booking systems.
Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed.
