We are looking for passionate individuals to join our team and be part of launching the city’s most anticipated new padel club.

Job Description:

As a Receptionist / Guest Experience Officer, you will be the first point of contact and the face of the Padel Club.

Your mission is to provide a five-star welcome and ensure a seamless, memorable experience for every member and guest, from their initial booking to their departure. You are the guardian of our premium customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warmly welcome members and visitors, embodying the premium spirit of the club.
  • Manage the end-to-end booking process through our online system, by phone, and via WhatsApp.
  • Process payments for bookings, memberships, and pro-shop purchases efficiently and accurately.
  • Handle all inquiries regarding our offerings, pricing, and events with professionalism.
  • Ensure smooth communication between clients, coaches, and the rest of the team.

Candidate Profile:

  • Previous experience in a similar role (luxury hospitality, premium sports club, high-end retail).
  • Excellent communication skills with fluent English (French or Arabic languages are a plus).
  • Impeccable presentation with a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
