Admin Responsibilities :
– Familiarity with office management procedures and basic administrative skills.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
– Responding to incoming calls.
– Creating and updating databases.
– Maintaining all financial records.
– Managing mail.
– Assisting agents with document issuance.
– Submitting timely reports and preparing presentations as assigned.
– Providing client support over the phone.
– Drafting letters and correspondence and filing documents.
– Coordinating with developers and clients.
– Managing listings.
– Creating contracts (F, A, B, and I).
– Knowledge of the Trakheesi system and Broker Pad.
Sales Agent Responsibilities:
– Performing good skills in telecalling.
– Negotiating between sellers and buyers.
– Promoting sales through advertisements, open houses, and listing services.
– Being knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.
– Acquiring required documents for selling and renting.
– Developing networks.
– Maintaining and updating property listings.
– Explaining and drafting contracts.
– Acquiring NOCs for advertisement from sellers and landlords.
Desired Candidate Profile
For Real Estate Administrator Position:
Experience:
– Preferred minimum of 1-2 years of experience in real estate administration or a related field. (Entry / Mid Levels)
– Experience with handling tenancy contracts, Ejari registration, and Trakheesi permits.
– Preferred any graduates. Freshers are also welcome.
For Real Estate Agent Position:
Experience:
– Proven experience as a real estate agent or sales role.
– In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and current trends.
– Track record of successful property sales or rentals.
Nationality:
Any nationality except Indians.
