Customer Reception & Assistance: Greet customers and visitors warmly and professionally, ensuring a positive first impression.
Direct customers to the appropriate departments or staff members and provide clear information about the products and services.

Phone & Email Communication: Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the relevant team members, ensuring prompt and polite service.
Respond to customer inquiries via email and provide detailed and accurate responses in a timely manner.

Appointment Scheduling: Manage and schedule appointments efficiently, ensuring the calendar is up-to-date and organized.
Coordinate with customers to confirm, reschedule, or cancel appointments as necessary.

Sales Support: Assist in promoting products and services to customers, helping them make informed decisions.
Upsell and cross-sell services and products to meet sales targets.

POS System Knowledge & Cashier Duties: Operate the POS system efficiently to process customer transactions, ensuring accuracy in cash handling and receipts.
Manage cash, card, and other forms of payment, following company protocols for transaction processing.
Handle customer payments, issue receipts, and maintain a balanced cash drawer.

Reception Area Maintenance: Ensure the reception area remains neat, clean, and organized, creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
Monitor and maintain office supplies, ensuring necessary items are stocked and available.

Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining customer records.
Handle any additional ad-hoc tasks or duties as required by management.

Desired Candidate Profile

Language Skills: Fluent in both Arabic and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
Ability to converse confidently with customers in both languages, ensuring clear and effective communication.

Experience & Skills: Previous experience in Customer Service is essential, with the ability to manage customer inquiries effectively and resolve issues promptly.

Experience withPOS systems and cashier duties is required, with a strong understanding of transaction handling and financial accuracy.
Strong sales skills with a proven ability to promote and upsell products and services.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and manage diverse customer needs.
Proficiency in basic administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.

Personal Attributes: A professional and friendly demeanor, with the ability to maintain a positive attitude in all situations.
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
Proactive and able to take initiative in completing various responsibilities, from customer interaction to administrative support.
