The Opportunity
We’re seeking an Angel Investor & Co-Founder who can provide both capital and expertise to help elevate Yalla Shay Cafeteria to new heights. This is your chance to be part of a growing and dynamic F&B brand, contributing directly to its continued success.
What We’re Looking For
Experienced Investor – Someone with a solid background in F&B investments or business scaling, with a deep understanding of the Ajman market.
Hands-On Partner – Beyond just funding, we need a strategic partner to help improve our operations, branding, and overall customer experience.
Professional Guidance – Help finalize key business documents, financial models, and investor pitch materials to ensure long-term growth.
Fundraising Expertise – A strong network of potential investors to help us secure additional funding for future growth and expansion.
Your Role
Co-Founder Responsibilities – Collaborate with the team to enhance the existing branch and strategize future scalability.
Investment & Growth – Provide an initial cash investment of 60K AED, which will be used for lease agreements, interior upgrades, and targeted marketing efforts to boost the branch’s performance.
Brand Optimization – Work with us to refine and optimize the brand experience, attracting a wider and more diverse audience.
Fundraising Leadership – Take charge of efforts to secure additional funding, both locally and beyond Ajman, to support the brand’s growth.

Investment Requirements

Upgrading the café’s interior, kitchen equipment, and branding elements.
Launching targeted marketing campaigns to increase awareness and customer footfall.
Supporting working capital for a smooth transition into the enhanced operational phase.
