Job Summary:
The Helper will assist skilled workers in the glass and sticker pasting work by performing supportive tasks to facilitate smooth operations and timely project completions. The role requires physical labor, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
Material Handling:
Load and unload aluminum and glass materials from delivery trucks.
Transport materials to designated work areas.
Support to Skilled Workers:
Assist in the installation of aluminum frames, glass panels, and related components.
Hold, cut, shape, and position materials as directed by skilled workers.
Tool and Equipment Management:
Prepare and maintain tools and equipment for daily tasks.
Ensure all tools are cleaned and stored properly after use.
Site Preparation and Clean-up:
Prepare work sites by setting up scaffolding, ladders, and other necessary equipment.
Clean up work sites by removing debris and disposing of waste materials appropriately.
Safety Compliance:
Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
Report any unsafe conditions or incidents to the supervisor immediately.
Quality Control:
Assist in inspecting materials and finished products for quality and adherence to specifications.
Notify the supervisor of any defects or issues found during inspections.
Miscellaneous Tasks:
Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Assist in inventory management by tracking material usage and reporting shortages.
Qualifications:
Education: High school
Experience: Previous experience in sticker work preferred .
Skills:
Basic understanding of construction and manufacturing processes.
Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
Good physical stamina and strength.
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor for extended periods.
Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions.
Ability to stand, bend, and move around for the duration of the shift.
Work Environment:
The role requires working in both indoor and outdoor environments.
Exposure to construction sites, machinery noise
Compliance with all safety regulations is mandatory.
