Job Summary:
The HR Capital is responsible for optimizing the organization’s human capital strategies by developing and implementing policies, programs, and initiatives that enhance workforce performance, employee engagement, and talent development. This role plays a crucial part in aligning HR functions with business objectives to maximize the value of human resources.
Key Responsibilities:1. Human Capital Strategy & Workforce Planning
Develop and execute human capital strategies aligned with business goals.
Conduct workforce planning to ensure the right talent is in place.
Use HR analytics and data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
2. Talent Acquisition & Management
Collaborate with recruitment teams to attract and retain top talent.
Oversee succession planning and leadership development programs.
Ensure talent strategies support long-term organizational growth.
3. Performance Management & Employee Engagement
Design and implement performance management frameworks.
Develop initiatives that drive employee engagement, productivity, and retention.
Establish a culture of continuous feedback and professional development.
4. Learning & Development (L&D)
Create and manage training and development programs for employees.
Partner with business leaders to ensure skills development aligns with company needs.
Foster a learning culture to drive innovation and adaptability.
5. Compensation, Benefits & Rewards
Work with HR teams to design competitive compensation and benefits structures.
Ensure rewards and recognition programs align with company culture and goals.
Conduct benchmarking and market analysis to stay competitive.
6. Organizational Culture & Change Management
Lead initiatives to strengthen company culture and employee well-being.
Support leadership in managing organizational change and transformation.
Ensure HR policies reinforce a positive and inclusive work environment.
7. Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI)
Develop and implement DEI strategies to foster an inclusive workplace.
Conduct training and awareness programs on diversity and belonging.
Monitor DEI metrics and recommend improvements.
8. HR Analytics & Compliance
Use HR data and analytics to drive strategic decisions.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
Implement and monitor HR best practices and ethical standards.
Qualifications & Skills:Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
5+ years of experience in HR strategy, talent management, or human capital functions.
Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and workforce planning.
Key Skills:
Strategic HR leadership and business acumen.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities.
Knowledge of HR technology, data analytics, and HR systems.
Experience in change management and organizational development.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED12,500.00 – AED13,500.00 per month
