Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls efficiently.
- Manage front desk operations and maintain a clean and organised reception area.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, couriers, mail).
- Schedule meetings and appointments for agents and management.
- Maintain a visitor log and ensure proper security protocols are followed.
- Coordinate with internal departments (HR, Admin, Sales) for front-desk support needs.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks (filing, data entry, printing, scanning).
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven work experience as a receptionist or front office representative
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Presentable, customer-focused, and able to multitask under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Punctual, reliable, and well-organized.
- Experience in the real estate or property industry is an advantage.
