Receptionist – Arabic Speaker Jobs in Abu Dhabi at Advisors Properties L.L.C

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls efficiently.
  • Manage front desk operations and maintain a clean and organised reception area.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, couriers, mail).
  • Schedule meetings and appointments for agents and management.
  • Maintain a visitor log and ensure proper security protocols are followed.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (HR, Admin, Sales) for front-desk support needs.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks (filing, data entry, printing, scanning).
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven work experience as a receptionist or front office representative
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Presentable, customer-focused, and able to multitask under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Punctual, reliable, and well-organized.
  • Experience in the real estate or property industry is an advantage.
