Key Responsibilities

Front Desk & Reception Duties

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, investors, and delivery personnel in a professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries
  • Manage meeting room bookings and visitor schedules
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area
  • Handle courier services, incoming/outgoing mail, and deliveries

Administrative Support

  • Provide general administrative support to founders and team members
  • Maintain digital and physical filing systems (contracts, invoices, HR documents, etc.)
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and internal documents
  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and procurement requests
  • Support onboarding of new employees (documentation, access cards, IT coordination)

HR & Operations Support

  • Assist with employee attendance tracking and basic HR records
  • Coordinate with PRO for visa processing, renewals, and government documentation (if applicable)
  • Support travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and event coordination
  • Help maintain compliance with company policies and UAE regulations
