Position:  Receptionist cum Admin Assistant

The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming environment and providing administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor.

Manage and direct incoming calls, emails, and inquiries to the appropriate departments.

Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.

Assist with administrative projects or tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Serve as a liaison between visitors, employees, and management.

Maintain a log of visitor records.

Handle scheduling of meetings and manage meeting room bookings.

Perform basic clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and document scanning.

Assist in HR related operational tasks.

Key

Qualifications:

Excellentcommunicationand organizational skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and basic administrative tasks.

Professional demeanor andcustomer-focusedapproach.

Minimum 2 years of experience as a receptionist cum HR/Admin.

Job Type:Full-time

Pay:AED2,000.00 – AED3,000.00 per month
