MANE Dubai is seeking an EMIRATI RECEPTIONIST to join our dynamic international team. As one of the fastest-growing fragrance houses in the Middle East, we are looking for an EMIRATI RECEPTIONIST who is both a fine fragrance enthusiast and a passionate about customer service.
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the office, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner. You will also be assigned duties as required (i.e. reception and distribution of courier, management of meeting rooms, administrative work, and general clerical support).
Responsibilities
Answer and direct phone calls
Distribute mail or parcels accordingly
Act as first point of contact for visitors
Manage the scheduling of meeting rooms and ensure they are prepared for the respective events
Help prepare employee events in the office and outside
Liaise with external parties related to the management of the office
Qualifications
High School Diploma or Bachelor’s degree
Some relevant work experience is preferred
Ability to maintain a positive attitude
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Excellent English fluency, both in writing and verbally
Ability to work independently with a diverse group of people
