Responsibilities:
Must have experience with color mixing to ensure accurate production.
Follow the assigned production schedule and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Ensure the correct production of flooring in terms of color, quantity, and material.
Maintain machine efficiency and oversee regular maintenance.
Ensure the machine is thoroughly cleaned after each production cycle.
Report any damaged parts or necessary replacements to the Production Coordinator, Production Engineer, or Production Manager.
Monitor and maintain Bona machine equipment and machinery.
Set up Bona machine equipment for production.
Oversee the training of new or junior machine operators.
Lead and supervise a team to ensure smooth production operations.
Perform routine inspections to ensure the smooth operation of manufacturing equipment.
Regularly evaluate the efficiency of the machines, identify potential improvements, and request necessary spare part replacements..
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a machine operator, preferably in the UAE.
Must be able to lead a team and ensure effective coordination on the production floor.
Willingness to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in production.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
Machine operator in wooden industry or paint industry: 1 year (Required)
