Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Trailer Driver to transport agricultural raw materials and finished products across the UAE. The ideal candidate must have a valid UAE heavy vehicle (Category 4) driving license and experience in handling bulk agricultural goods, equipment, and processed food products.
Key Responsibilities:
Transport raw materials (grains, fertilizers, livestock feed, etc.) and finished agricultural products to distribution centers, farms, and clients across the UAE.
Ensure proper loading, securing, and unloading of goods following safety and hygiene regulations.
Maintain temperature-controlled transportation for perishable goods if required.
Follow designated routes and delivery schedules to ensure timely distribution.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the trailer and report any maintenance issues.
Adhere to RTA and UAE traffic laws, including road safety and vehicle weight restrictions.
Keep accurate logs of fuel consumption, mileage, and delivery records.
Communicate with the logistics and warehouse teams regarding schedules, traffic updates, or delays.
Requirements:
Valid UAE Heavy Vehicle Driving License (Category 4).
Minimum 3–5 years of experience driving trailers in the UAE, preferably in agriculture or manufacturing logistics.
Familiarity with UAE’s agricultural supply chain, farms, and manufacturing hubs.
Experience in handling bulk agricultural goods, processed food, and fertilizers.
Knowledge of cold chain transportation for perishable agricultural products.
Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
Physically fit to handle long-haul trips and occasional manual labor.
Salary & Benefits:
3000 AED to 3500 AED
