We Are Hiring – Professional Receptionist
ORYX Veterinary Clinic is looking for a professional and experienced Receptionist to join our growing team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, manage front-desk operations, and ensure smooth communication between clients and clinic staff.
Key Responsibilities:
– Welcome clients and pets in a friendly and professional manner
– Handle phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and appointment bookings
– Manage patient records, payments, and administrative tasks
– Coordinate communication between veterinarians and pet owners
– Maintain an organized and efficient reception area
– Support daily clinic operations and customer service activities
Requirements:
– Minimum 5 years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role
– Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
– Strong communication and customer service skills
– Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently
– Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred
– Previous clinic or veterinary experience is an advantage
– Must currently reside in Qatar (local hiring only)
– Comfortable working in an animal-care environment and friendly with pets
