Duties and responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors and employees in a courteous, professional manner
Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and efficiently
Manage incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
Coordinate meeting room bookings and maintain cleanliness
Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document handling
Assist with onboarding logistics for new employees or guests
Liaise with facility management and vendors when needed
What are we looking for?
1–3 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role in the hospitality industry
Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills
Organized, punctual, and able to multitask under pressure
