Job Overview:

  • Greet customers professionally and direct them to the appropriate sales or service personnel.
  • Manage incoming calls, inquiries, and appointment scheduling.
  • Maintain the showroom reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable.
  • Assist with customer check-ins for test drives, service appointments, and walk-ins.
  • Handle basic administrative tasks such as logging visitor information, updating records, and managing correspondence.
  • Handle inquiries via phone, email, and walk-in visits.
  • Coordinate with sales and service teams to support daily operations.
  • Provide accurate information about showroom location, operating hours, and general services.
  • Support documentation processes, including scanning, filing, and preparing simple reports when required.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or customer service representative (automotive industry experience is an advantage).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic administrative tools.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic or additional languages are an advantage).

Work Environment:

  • Front-desk, customer-facing role within a busy car showroom.
  • Requires a high level of professionalism and responsiveness.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 – AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
