Company Introduction:
We are a leading EPC contracting company in Saudi Arabia, executing major projects in power generation, substations, overhead transmission lines (OHTL), water treatment plants, and industrial infrastructure. As the first point of contact for guests and visitors, we are looking for a professional and courteous Receptionist to represent our company with a welcoming attitude and strong organizational support.
Position Overview:
The Receptionist will be responsible for managing the front desk, greeting visitors, answering calls, and providing administrative support to various departments. This role requires excellent communication skills, a professional appearance, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Management:
Greet and welcome guests, clients, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls to the appropriate person or department.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
Administrative Support:
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services.
Assist with document filing, printing, and other administrative tasks as needed.
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges in accordance with company security protocols.
Meeting & Scheduling Support:
Coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare meeting spaces when required.
Assist in scheduling appointments and communicating meeting details internally.
Support logistics for office events, guest visits, and internal workshops.
Office Coordination:
Liaise with cleaning, security, and maintenance staff for office needs.
Monitor and request office supplies for the reception and common areas.
Report any maintenance issues or concerns to the Administration or Facilities team.
Qualifications:
Education:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred.
Experience:
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role.
Experience in EPC, construction, or corporate environments is a plus.
Key Skills:
Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
