Infinite Sports is home to top UAE home-grown sports academies including IJF Academy, It’s JustCricket, Infinite Combat, Absolute Gymnastics & Absolute Swimming. Infinite Active provides affordable before and after-school care for working parents. Active is currently within 2 schools and catering for 90 children a day with the view to offering this service to further schools. The program currently offers a variety of activities such as physical literacy, creative thinking, and arts & crafts.
Infinite Camps is a multi-activity holiday Camps provider currently operating out of 20 venues across Dubai and Abu Dhabi, with plans to expand into other gulf regions in the near future. We cater for 600 children per day (aged between 4 -12 years old), during school holidays. The Camps program offers a variety of purposeful activities including introductions to sports, creative thinking & arts & crafts.
Job Overview
The Assistant Football coach at IJF to sustain and enhance the centre’s growth by providing strategic coordination and expert coaching. The Head Coach will prioritize EDUCATION by implementing age-appropriate, world-class coaching techniques, fostering critical and creative thinking among all student-athletes. Additionally, the aim is to instil a culture of EXCELLENCE in all facets of development and performance, encompassing both academic and athletic achievements. Through these efforts, the Head Coach aims to elevate the WPFC as a premier institution for holistic player development and achievement.
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities to IJF Academy:
1 Leadership of IJF Squad Programme: Lead and deliver the IJF Squad Programme in accordance with the principles and values of the International Judo Federation.
2. Stakeholder Communication Leadership: Take the lead in all communications with stakeholders, including staff, players, parents, and third-party partners, ensuring effective and transparent communication channels.
3. Collaboration with IJF Management: Work closely with IJF management to understand and align with the aims and objectives of the squad programme, contributing to its success and advancement.
4. Compliance with IJF Policies: Adhere to all policies and procedures set forth by the International Judo Federation, maintaining compliance and upholding organizational standards.
5. Player Reporting: Provide and review written termly reports for all IJF Squad players, offering insights into their development progress and areas for improvement.
6. Additional Responsibilities: Complete any other tasks or duties as requested by IJF management, demonstrating flexibility and dedication to the overall objectives of the IJF Academy.
7. Reporting: The Assistant Football Coach is responsible to report to Academy Manager– Infinite Sports LLC
