Key Responsibilities:

Greet visitors and clients politely and friendly, and direct them to the appropriate departments within the facility.

Manage and answer phone calls, and make necessary transfers and directions.

Answer general inquiries and provide basic information about the company or organization.

Manage the schedule and organize meetings as needed.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and organize documents and messages.

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and front office.

Assist with minor administrative tasks such as preparing reports or data entry when required.

Ensure a high level of service and professionalism at all times.

Handle emergencies or complaints efficiently and professionally.
