Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and record the orders of the kitchen F&B and Stewarding team, ensuring that hotel standards and regulations are followed. Organize and maintain food storage areas. Follow HACCP and safety procedures in line with the hotel’s standards. Assist the Purchasing team according to the tasks relayed by the Cost Controller and Procurement Manager.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar role is an asset in a 5-star hotel setting. Good interpersonal and
communication skills
with a passion for service. Â
