HIRING – REBAR DETAILER

Mind Stream is looking for an experienced Rebar Detailer to join our team. If you have strong expertise in reinforcement detailing, shop drawings, and Bar Bending Schedules (BBS), we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare reinforcement shop drawings and Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) from IFC drawings.
- Develop detailed rebar drawings using AutoCAD, CADS RC, and RebarCAD.
- Review drawings to identify and resolve detailing conflicts.
- Coordinate with project and production teams to ensure accurate detailing.
- Prepare reinforcement quantity take-offs and ensure compliance with project specifications and relevant codes.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Rebar Detailing.
- Strong knowledge of reinforcement shop drawings and BBS preparation.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, CADS RC, and RebarCAD.
- Ability to optimize reinforcement layouts to minimize material wastage.
- Excellent technical, analytical, and communication skills
