Position: Real Estate Sales Consultant
Location: Dubai, UAE
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in Dubai’s real estate market
Key Responsibilities:
Handle sales of off-plan and secondary market properties
Identify and connect with potential buyers, sellers, and investors
Provide expert guidance on property investments, market trends, and financing options
Maintain strong relationships with developers, property owners, and investors
Stay updated with Dubai real estate regulations and market dynamics
Achieve and exceed sales targets while delivering top-notch customer service
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai’s real estate market
Strong knowledge of off-plan projects and secondary market transactions
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
RERA certification is a plus
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player
Existing client database or strong networking ability is an advantage
