About the role
We're looking for an experienced Senior Valuer to take a leading role in our valuation work and contribute to the growth of the business. This is a senior, high-impact position for a technically strong professional who takes ownership of their assignments and delivers to the highest standard. You'll handle valuation assignments across a wide range of asset classes — leading financial modeling and market analysis, coordinating site inspections, and ensuring every report meets regulatory and professional standards.
What you'll do
- Lead valuation assignments from start to finish, ensuring quality, accuracy, and on-time delivery
- Manage project timelines across your assignments
- Prepare, review, and follow up on client quotations
- Write and review valuation reports in both English and Arabic
- Mentor and review the work of junior analysts
- Present findings to clients and internal stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, following up to secure and retain business
- Support business development initiatives to grow revenue and market presence
What we're looking for
- Taqeem certification, or close to it (2,000+ accredited valuation hours)
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in real estate valuation
- Saudi national
- Full professional fluency in English and Arabic, including report writing and review in both languages
- Proficiency across all valuation approaches: Cost, Market, and Income
- Strong Excel modeling skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple assignments and deliver under tight deadlines
- Strong client-facing, negotiation, and business development skills
Nice to have
- Experience in feasibility studies and highest and best use analysis
- MRICS designation
- Experience using AI tools to support modeling and analysis
