Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Telesales Executive to join our team, specializing in off-plan properties in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, understanding their investment or property requirements, presenting suitable off-plan projects, and converting leads into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities
• Contact potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Generate and follow up on leads provided by the company.
• Understand clients’ budgets, preferences, and investment objectives.
• Promote and explain off-plan projects, payment plans, locations, amenities, and expected benefits.
• Arrange meetings and property presentations with prospective buyers.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with leads throughout the sales process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.
• Stay updated on new off-plan launches, market trends, developers, and payment plans.
• Coordinate with the sales and management teams to ensure a smooth transaction process.
