Role Overview:
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Real Estate Specialist to work on a contractor/part-time basis. As a key contributor to the development of frontier AI models, you will apply your expertise in real estate to help train next-generation AI systems. Your high-quality, real-world input will shape how models learn, reason, and perform, driving advancements in the field. In this role, you will leverage your domain knowledge to analyze real estate transactions, contracts, and market-related documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze real estate transactions, contracts, and market-related documentation to provide high-quality input for AI system training.
• Evaluate property data, market trends, and operational workflows to support the development of accurate and reliable AI models.
• Interpret legal and financial aspects of real estate transactions, ensuring comprehensive understanding of complex documentation.
• Prepare structured summaries and communicate findings clearly to support collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on research and operational initiatives to identify process improvement opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Strong expertise in real estate transactions, contracts, and market-related documentation, with ability to apply knowledge to AI system training.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with ability to interpret complex documentation and communicate findings effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality output across multiple projects.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, with ability to collaborate effectively and support process improvement initiatives.
• Familiarity with AI system development and training, with understanding of the role of high-quality input in model performance.
