Role Description
We are seeking a Real Estate Specialist to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Dubai. The role involves managing property transactions, assisting clients with buying, selling, and leasing properties, and maintaining a strong knowledge of the local real estate market. You will provide top-notch customer service, liaise with clients to meet their unique needs, and contribute to the success of our property development and real estate projects.
Qualifications
- Experience in Real Estate and Real Estate Development
- Proficiency in Sales and Real Property transactions
- Strong Customer Service skills with a client-first mindset
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Knowledge of Dubai's property market is highly recommended
- Driven, detail-oriented, and highly organized
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in real estate or related fields are a plus
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous
