Job Description

Note:

Full Training, Marketing Support, Leads, and resources are guaranteed.

Assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties.

Conducting market research to determine property values and trends.

Negotiating contracts and agreements between buyers and sellers.

Providing guidance and advice to clients throughout the buying or selling process.

Ability to present and introduce investment opportunities to potential clients.

Maintaining accurate records of all property transactions and client interactions (CRM system).

Staying up-to-date with changes in the real estate market and industry regulations.

Managing a portfolio of properties and ensuring they are well-maintained (Admin support provided).

Building and maintaining a network of contacts to generate future opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.

Strong negotiation and sales skills with the ability to close deals.

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and proactive approach.

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

English Language (written/spoken) is required.

UAE Driving license and own vehicle is preferable but not required.

Agents are expected to maintain a professional appearance appropriate for client interactions.
